About Academic Advisor

Academic Advisor or can calis a term used for lecturers of the Sports Coaching Education Department who facilitate students to consult about all matters related to academics. Through PA lecturers, students can ask for opinions and get academic advice. Academic Advisor lecturers also handle student problems that are their responsibility. Almost all lecturers in the Sports Coaching Education Department carry out the mandate as Academic Advisor lecturers. The number of students who are the responsibility of each lecturer varies in number. Through Academic Advisor lecturers, students will also be directed on how to get a good IPK and how to manage time. When managing the Study Plan Card (KRS) at the beginning of each semester, each student is required to report their study results to the Academic Advisor lecturer, then the Academic Advisor lecturer provides a signature on the KRS sheet as a requirement to attend lectures for one semester. Academic Advisor lecturers are obliged to monitor each student’s progress from semester to semester until they graduate.
