Vision

To become an excellent study program and a reference in implementing the tri dharma of higher education in developing science and technology in sports coaching. The excellence referred to in this vision is the cultivation of early childhood coaching, a unique feature only in PKO. The implementation of the Kids Movement PKO activity has evidenced this excellence.

Indicators for being a reference can be indicated as follows:

  1. An increasing number of institutions or other study programs are conducting benchmarking studies in the PKO program.
  2. An increasing number of Sports Coaching Education program human resources are becoming speakers for early childhood sports coaching at the national level.
  3. An increasing number of Sports Coaching Education program human resources are becoming speakers in coaching at the district/city, provincial, and national levels.
  4. Sports Coaching Educationprogram lecturers and students becoming talent guidance teams for elementary schools in the Malang Raya area.
  5. Sports Coaching Education program lecturers are becoming committees/evaluation teams in the National O2SN (Student Sports Olympics) event.

To master the theoretical concepts of sports coaching independently to optimize coaching abilities according to coaching standards aligned with religious norms and professional ethics, utilizing the latest developments in science and technology through applying logical, critical, systematic, and innovative thinking.
  2. To master the concepts and procedures of coaching to independently carry out comprehensive coaching processes in line with the latest developments in science and technology through logical, systematic, and innovative thinking in harmony with religious norms, professional ethics, and applicable regulations.
  3. To master the theoretical concepts of athlete talent development and coaching to independently analyze talented athletes based on the latest developments in science and technology and to support decision-making in talent programs while upholding social sensitivity and cultural diversity.
  4. To master the concepts and procedures of sports coaching and independently solve and analyze sports performance issues through scientific and technological approaches by informing them in thesis writing, applying information technology synchronized with religious and social norms, and ethical values ​​of writing practices.
  5. To master the concepts, principles, and techniques of sports management and investment independently to analyze information to support business decision-making through information technology aligned with religious norms, social norms, and professional ethical values.
